If you lost that much in a day - it's normally water weight!.
Whenever you start a diet/exercise program, the first 5-10 lbs usually come off VERY quickly for that reason!. Make sure you are staying hydrated - that's super important!!

its not that its unhealthy, its vain!.!.!.!.the best way to lose weight is simple!.!.!.eat 3 sqaures everyday and diet right!. workout 3 to 4 times a week and rest as much as possible!. if you lose too much weight in one day or a short period of time, the body will go into shock, think on its own and begin to store your meals as fat as to protect itself from your irregular eating patterns!. In the end, you will gain more weight than you lose because the body will simply restore itself do to your abuse of it!. You ever notice that people who lose weight too quickly will almost always gain it back plus more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You won't have actually lost 5 pounds, weight fluctuates because of water/food etc!. Losing one pound requires a 3500 calorie deficit which is impossible to make in one day - 5 pounds needs 17500, which is even more impossible!Www@Answer-Health@Com
How did you do that!? That is definately not healthy!. Especially if you had to cut off your finger to do it or some toes!. LOLWww@Answer-Health@Com
