Question: I need to gain 14 pounds by september!!!?
How can I do that!?!? I'm a healthy person but my BMI is too low: 16!.8 so I need to gain some weight!. How many months is it going to take me to gain 14 pounds!?!?!? Please help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seriously though, who says your BMI is too low!? BMI is just a guidance, it can vary from individual to individual!. However, I would suggest that you need to have a proper diet of 3 meals a day, with healthy snacks in between!. Keep up with the exercising, because having to gain weight doesn't mean you have to be a slob!. Your body needs time to adjust so start by having gradually larger portions at meal times, and eating more carbs and protein - protein builds up muscle, which weighs more than fat!. Eat healthy and exercise with weights, both top and bottom!. Again that builds up muscle (but not too much! lol) Bananas are good for slow energy release while exercising, which is good!. You could realistically expect to gain 1-2 pounds per week and that's assuming you're training and getting enough calories!.
To give you an idea!. 8 pounds is roughly equivalent to 28000 calories!. So you would need to take in 2000 additional calories per day!. I'm a powerlifter and I weigh 250, I eat around 4500 calories a day!. I gain 1 maybe 2 pounds a week if I'm lucky!.
Chances are you don't eat more than 2000-2500 calories a day!.
So imagine eating twice what you eat now!.

Increase your carbs!. Eat more breads!. You can make a snack of Italian bread, or any crusty variety and use an herbed olive oil as a dip!.
Eat your dinner later at night!. If you normally eat at 6pm try pushing it to 7:30!. You will burn fewer calories!.

I would not try to gain 14 lbs of fat really fast!. That is not healthy!.
I don't know your age but i will guess 14-25 and i have news for ya!. You will start gaining that weight like it or not once you start working in an office and/or reach your 30s!.

Lots of whole wheat pasta!. High in good carbs, whole wheat so it's healthier!. Check out some of the recipies from "The Biggest Loser!.com" and just double the portions!. That way you're still eating healthy, just gaining healthy weight!. Actually, as long as you have a balanced plan including plenty of excersize!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know how long it will take, but if you eat some heartier foods and slightly larger meals I believe you can gain the weight!.
