For personal trainers: why am i not loosing weight if i've being walking for 40 min. at 3.3 in a threadmill?
am i going too slow. i try to walk everyday

walking isn't the most intensive exercise you can do for cardio. you shouldn't really expect to lose much weight just walking.
the main reason that people don't lose weight is due to their diet. without addressing the needs of food intake you won't be losing weight at all.
to lose one pound of fat per week, drop your daily intake of calories by 500.
