Question: Is this a good excercise!?
I just finished doing this workout! I ran up and down my stairs 10 times and whenever id get to the TOP id jump 5 times! I do the same when I get the bottom! My hurts beating SOOO FAST AND LOUD I CAN ACTUALLY HEAR IT! And Im sweating! When I did it 5 times I took a little break then I did it 5 more times! Is this a good excercise!?

Sounds like you're doing an intense 'Step Program' at home!. If they make tons of money building machines to simulate running up stairs, then it's got to be good exercise :) If you're raising your heart rate then there will absolutely be cardiovascular advantages!.
