How to increase volume/strength of my wrists.?!
Question: How to increase volume/strength of my wrists!.!?
Might be an unusual question!.!. but i've been training / bodybuilding for quite a while now!.!. and i notice that now that i'm strong in my shoulders / biceps / triceps,!.!. my wrists are my weakpoint!. For instance the reason i can't do some basic biceps curls beyond a certain points or pushups beyond a certain point is because my wrist are hurting too bad because of the strain!.!., but the target muscles are fine!.!.!. now i am preforming the exersizes in the right way and isolating the muscle group!. It's just that my wrists are very small and weak!.!. how to improve !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Strengthen your forearms with curls and extensions!. Also, for really heavy lifting use lifting straps and/or gloves!. The straps you can use for cleans and anything where you are pulling on the bar because they will transfer the weight to your arms instead of your grip!. Gloves will serve to brace your wrists and maintain proper positioning to reduce the potential for off-angle compression during pushes!. Make sure though that the gloves have a wrist wrap, otherwise it does nothing!.
Last, don't keep the wrist wraps tight unless you are doing an exercise requiring them, same with the straps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
