Question: Dog Chow for Humans!? IE: Everything your body needs in one meal!?
Ok well dog food is supposed to be everything a dog needs to live healthy all in one scoop of whatever it is!. I know my own dog lived 15 years off of nothing but that (and the occasional scrap from the table)!.Does such a thing exist for humans!? I've been using Slim Fast shakes with a multivitamin, calcium pill, and Fish Oil, along with a bunch of whey protein and the rest is all healthy foods (veggies, wheat bread, chicken breast, tuna, fruits, etc)!. That's a lot to keep up with and I'm constantly eating all day long, which is what I've read you are supposed to do but is there something out there that contains all the protein, vitamins, minerals, etc that your body needs all in one package!? It would be much preferable to just be able to take that and divide it up into 6 servings and eat it 6 times a day rather than count out all the nutritional value of each item I'm eating and total it all up at the end of the day!? Ok, make a very thick stew of you meat and veggies!.
Make a pastry crust from butter or cream cheese and whole wheat flour!.
Line your pot pie dish with the rolled pastry, fill with the stew, put on the top, bake for 15 minutes, cool and wrap to freeze or refrigerate!.
The same with pot pies and pasties or turnovers!.
Finish baking just before the meal time and add half an apple or something and a salad if you want!.
The recipe for pastry crust on the Crisco can works very fine for substituting either butter or cream cheese for the Crisco in it!.
You could make a breakfast pot pie or pizza also!? line the pan with pastry, fill with a little gravy, some scrambled eggs, a little meat - ham, bacon, sausage bits, and bake!.
I would get really bored with eating the same thing all day every day!! That would be such a bummer!. Yes, my dogs get the same thing every meal, but some of them have health issues too and it doesn't pay to change their food plan at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
