Work out ?!


Question: Work out !?
I just need a simple work out! Not diet! I just wanna tone my body with a work out that is at home!.!. I cannot afford dumbles =S or any stuff like that!.!. Yeah it's messed!.!. But I hope you can help!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For Starters:
1) Do some Abdominal Twists Stretches-> begin with a broom, wide grip bar, hockey stick or something alike behind your head with your hands resting on top!.
~~Begin twisting your upper body gradually from one side to the other!. This is an excellent stretch to complete before a vigorous sporting exercise or event!., then

2) Standing Hamstring Stretch - Start by having your legs straight and lower your body while keeping your legs straight as you can!. Go down until you can feel the stretch!.

3) A 15 minute power walk with lunges mixed in

4) Then do some Basketball workouts:
~~Stationary dribbling for 5minutes
~~12 trips back and forth on your driveway using crossover dribbles!.
~~20 three point shots, 15 Free Throws (L,C &R)!.
~~15 shot fake, one dribble, pull-up jumpers, 5 Free Throws (L,C &R)!.
~~10 drive, pull-up and shoot the bank shots, 15 Free Throws (L,C &R)!.
~~Shooting off the dribble

Keep a written log, like a diary, of your progress!. It
