Question: I feel tempted to eat fattening food!. Can anyone encourage me!?
I'm on a diet and I feel tempted to eat fattening food!. Can anyone tell me some words of support that got them through without eating fattening food when they were faced with this situation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When your about to eat it think of the aftermath, all the exercising you will have to do to push those calories off your body, and if you don't exercise think of what that extra burger and fries might make you look like!. Or think of someone you really like and think ewh!. would they still like me if I ahd that burger and gained a few punds!.

TIP--just go without eating junk food for two weeks and it won't be too much of a trigger!.
Everyone says you can cheat every once in awhile!.!.!.but I'm not really into that!. But whatever works best for you!.

I could be that your diet is too strict or lacking in something!. You did not say which fattening food you are craving!. Most likely it is carbohydrates, meaning starches or sugars!. Its okay to give in once in a while!. If you don't balance things while you are on a diet, you will quickly bounce back to overweight as soon as you reach your goal!. Just remember that one cookie means one cookie, not one bag of cookies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

really consider consequences when choosing what to eat!. there are healthy foods that taste great and won't leave you feeling guilty and miserable and like a complete failure once you've eaten them!. so eat some fruit, take pride in your willpower, and while you're feeling strong and in control, throw the junk food away!. once it's not in the kitchen, you won't be so tempted!. don't make it so readily available -- you're sabatoging yourself! out of sight, out of mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just have to be dedicated!. I have the same problem!. Im in great shape now ( 105 and 5'2) and i have a good toned body but i feel like I could be much more toned and have more muscle if i would be a little more disciplined and not eat all the fatty foods and lift weights more!. You just gotta push yourself to stay away from the fattening foods!. Think of the final result!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

though i cant stop you form eating fatty foods, i'll give it a try!.!.!.

eating a hambuger everyday for a few days may be tasty then but it'll devestate you later!. think about the future before you eat anything!. "chips, yum!.!.!.oh but then in the future i'd regret this, how about this, a watermelon!. they're delicious! and even more sweet" say that to yourself (except with different food)!. look for those heatly meals and chose them over the horribly fat filled food!.

instead of pretending low fat food is a high fat food!. pretend that it is one step futher to reaching that goal!. that wanted weight you'd jump happily to see because every bit makes a difference!. but then those other junk foods, we'll it's like tripping on your path to victory!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

studies show that cravings only last for 15 minutes!. find something to occupy your time for that long!. fold laundry, do dishes, mow the lawn!. or go brush your teeth every time you get a craving!. do some small excersise when you get a craving, like a set of jumping jacks or some sit-ups!. that way your being productive and doing something that will help you meet your weight goals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just think about your goals!. Have a body you want to look like nearby on your computer or in a magazine!. You know that you aren't going to get that great body by eating fatty foods!.

HOWEVER!

I think you should allow yourself a small amount of whatever you are craving, then get back to your diet!. When you deprive yourself, you are less likely to succeed!. Tell yourself once or twice a week, that you deserve a small treat!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want something sweet have an orange thats filled with vitamin C, low calorie, and tastes great!. Or you could have a chocolate bar that has a bunch of calories and no nutritional value!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can eat it its all about moderation!. When ur eating ur carrots and ur healthy snacks u can imagaine its a nice juicy hamburger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
