Weight loss problem?????!


Question: Weight loss problem!?!?!?!?!?
ok i really wanna loose 30 lbs but my problem is i eat soooo much that its hard for me!. i mean if i start eating something i go into a food frenzy and eat everything!!!!! and please dont tell me to do excercise cuz i already do!. so how can i stop myself! and i cant just through all the food away cuz i hav a big family so help me!!!! plz add me as a contact too !Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem with snacks, not meals!. I don't eat any meals and then go crazy on snacks!. I've sort of changed my ways, but not totally!. I'm working on it!. It's ok to have a big breakfast, you're actually supposed to, just make sure it's healthy!. Something like pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit, and orange juice would be an acceptable breakfast!. Don't eat again until lunch, eat a light lunch!. Like a sandwich and maybe a bowl of chips or something!. Then don't eat again until dinner and your dinner can be somewhat large, but not as large as your breakfast was!. You'll find that by not eating in between these meals you'll have more of an appetite and will eat more at these meals of things you should be eating, rather than junk food!. After dinner is the hardest time for me to resist those snacks!. Just between and after meals find something to do so you aren't thinking about snacks!. Go hang out with your friends, or go for a bike ride, anything!. Sitting around in your house on the computer, in front of the tv, whatever just encourages the snack cravings!. It also really helps if you have a job, that's 7 or so hours a day you won't be thinking about food!. Maybe tell your parents to start buying healthier foods!. If you want snacks they'll be healthy, and you'll get the energy you need and it'll last so you won't need to eat again for a while!. instead of that quick boost of energy you get from sugar that just goes away and you want more right after!. I had the same problem when I was dieting!. I can tell that you really want to lose weight!. I lost 33 pounds so far and I plan to continue!. What helped me alot was drinking protein shakes, and no, I didn`t use slim-fast!. I used attkins!. The shakes, well, aren`t very good, but they do control hunger all day and also help you lose alot of weight!. That should be your breakfast!. For your lunch, have some fruit and vegetables!. Eat some strawberries or grapes and celery!. That helped me alot and it is really good for you!. Dinner you should have either canned tuna or chicken!. These have loads of protein and no carbs!. Besides of exercising, my other advice is to drink a lot of water instead of soda and other junk like that!. And another idea to try is to eat half as much as you do now!.

try switching the types of food you eat!. if you eat a lot of carrots you will get full before you overindulge!. and calories will be cut resulting in weight loss!. try to limit sweets and meat along with fatty foods!. drink a lot of water!. try drinking only water!. go for walks/runs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

find foods that fill you up!. put less food in front of yourself when you eat-if you take the whole bag of chips you're likely to eat it all unknowingly!. put a few in a bowl and munch that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
