I Can't Stop Eating. HELP..?!

Question: I Can't Stop Eating!. HELP!.!.!?
For the last two days I have been doing nothing but eating!. I admit I am a bit bored!. I tried starting on a diet, but the thought of one just makes me more hungrier!. I don't understand what it wrong with me!. I threw away all of my junk food yesterday, but go to the store to get candy and junk!. (what a waste of money) What diet pills can i take that will effectively suppress my hunger!? My dietician called me a fatty two weeks ago and since then I have just been going nuts!. I will never see a dietician again and am completely put off by them!. I think I would have been fine had he not said that!. I am 5'4" and weigh 150 lbs, I had a baby two months ago by c-section and was not allowed to do activities for 6 weeks after having the baby!. I quit drinking soda's and juice all I drink is ice water, ice water, ice water!. Help me please I feel I am going crazy!. I need to shed a few pounds fast so I can kick off an excerisize routine (hopefully)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just had a baby!? Congratulations but remember your weight took 9 months to build up, it's not going to fall off overnight!. I had a c-section too and my doctor said it's harder to lose weight after the surgery!.
So don't feel bad!. (I'm not sure what 150lbs converts to in kilos)
I have to same bored-snacking problem so everytime i feel hungry I drink water and take bub for a walk (in the opposite direction to the local shops)!.
Your dietician sounds like a real creep - find another one, or join a gym that has a nutrition planner!.
Don't beat yourself up, curves are beautiful these days :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think there's nothing wrong with wanting to eat!. You just have to "self control" a little so you are eating good food!. Keep fatty/junk food as a treat, at most once a week!.

Just leave vegetables, steamed, raw, fruits so it's easy to pick n eat!. If you are more healthy on inside, it'll be easier to exercise later too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Easy!. Just eat half of what you put on your plate!. the weight will fall off you!. Excercise three times a week, and be happy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First things first!.!.!.stop beating yourself up!. If you look at a chart of the BMI (Body Mass Index), your weight and height are not really in the "fatty" category (and your Dietitian was incredibly insensitive)!. We fall just outside of the ideal, healthy zone but could afford to lose a few pounds!.
Believe me, I have just worked myself down to 150 pounds (and am also 5' 4" tall) and am very happy to be at this weight!. I will say that I'm working on losing about 10 more pounds, but I hardly think this ranks either of us as "Fatty"!.
Now for the advice part -- after you've decided not to hate yourself but to take a positive attitude toward becoming a healthier (not THINNER, but HEALTHIER) you!.!.!.
Don't try diet pills!. They will not work and will endanger your health!. If you MUST, you might want to try Alli, which has been approved by the FDA!. But even on Alli, you will need to change your eating habits if you tend to eat lots of fats (because they will come out of you in unexpected and unpleasant ways on Alli if you overdo them)!.
Next -- stay hydrated!. Drink lots and lots of water (8 glasses of 8 oz!. every day) and watch your salt intake!. The water should help you to feel more full and watching your sodium levels will keep water weight down!.
I can't begin to tell you what else you should and shouldn't eat, but please don't give up on finding a GOOD Dietician or nutritionist who can help you to find the right balance of foods for your lifestyle!. Healthful foods that are high in fiber (lots of fruits and veggies fall into this category) should help you to feel less hungry!.!.!.and listening to your body so you can better recognize true hunger vs!. boredom or habit eating!. (I know that this is not as easy as it sounds!.!.!.I've been there)!.
When you start feeling more healthy, you will also find that the pounds are falling away -- then you may even feel that you have the energy and motivation to get into exercise!. That's how it's worked for me, anyway!.
I wish you luck in your quest!. Please just keep in mind that healthy is more important than thin!. Thin will take care of itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
