Exercising for teenagers???!


Question: Exercising for teenagers!?!?!?
During the school year I run track at my school!. But over the summer when I am not busy I should be exscersising right!? What should I do in order to lose some weight because last year over the summer I gained 8 pounds, and I would really like to lose some instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ugghh i hate the summer u always gain!.!.!. because ur not in school!. i say just excercise, eat right, and enjoy ur summer cause wen school starts it will go back down, also over the summer do sports that help out alot : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
