whey protein or if you want flavor go with muscle milk, that stuff is so delicious!. here are a few tips to help you grow!. make sure you are eating enough, because your body needs the right amount and enough amount of food for the body to grow!. make sure you dont workout more than muscles a day and dont workout those muscles more than twice a week!. remember that muscles grow on resting days!. try making sure you mix up your workouts by heavy weight and low reps one day and light weight with high reps another!.!.!.hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
