Why am i weighing more as im getting thinner?!


Question: Why am i weighing more as im getting thinner!?
i go to a work out place every mondays or tuesday and im skinnier but im also getting heavier!. im not as skinny as some of my friends and im not that much taller!. is it that as im getting more muscles they weigh more!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That absoluty right, as you burn off fat you gain muscle and muscle weighs more!. Thats why the scale says you weigh more but are looking thinner!.!.!.No worries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are working out and were not previously active, than you have probably gained lean weight (which is a good thing)!. However, it also could be due to increased water retention!. This could happen if your diet was switched from eating out to packaged foods!. While your new diet may be healtheir it may be more sodium heavy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ur probly gaining lean muscle and losing fat
(muscle weighs more than fat)
or maybe ur getting taller, that can make u look skinnier and gain weight (idk how old u r)
or it could be u just think ur getting skinnier even tho ur not (i sometimes think that)
