I just need some motivation or downfalls about the saced heart diet

i started it but i could never get past the first couple of days...its hard to eat soup it the middle of summer..of at least it si for me...it gets old really fast..and they say the more you eat the more you lose so i tried to eat alot and i just got so sick of it....but i never noticed ne weight lose those days either
