How long would it take...?
if you didnt eat or ate very little during the day and got a little bit of excercise.... how much weight could you lose in a week or 2 or 3......?
Answers:
Food is important because if you don't eat your metabolism will drop making it impossible to loose weight. And your energy will also drop, making it impossible to do exercise. So don't stop eating. Have a balanced diet, and lots of exercise.
