What are someways that are fast, effective and healthy for losing weight?
I have been steadily packing on the pounds for about the last four years and am finding it extremely hard to begin losing weight.
P.S. If anyone has a magic wand I would be willing to purchase Lol

no magic wand. if you worked for four years on gathering the extra weight, there's no reason you'll be able to get rid if it overnight. your body's had a long time to get used to being this size. there are many programs that are very useful, they entail re-learning how to eat. learning how to listen to your body and realizing when u're really hungry and when u're feeding and comforting your soul/spirit/emotional hunger.
any diet needs to be a sustainable change in lifestyle, something you can do for a long time. that means you're allowed to eat everything. from lettuce to chocolate, but all in measured quantities.
oh... and excercise: walk, build some muscle mass and swim.
