What are your top 5 gym pete peves? Or however many you can think of.?!


Question:

What are your top 5 gym pete peves? Or however many you can think of.?

Here are my pet peves. I could've given more than 5 but I'm trying to be nice.

1. People who take their sweet *** time on a machine and don't even bother to wipe it down when they get up. If you rest for more than 1 minute between sets, your gains go down. If you rest for 3 minutes or more, consult a physician because your obviously out of shape.

2. People who use more than one machine at the same time.

3. People who talk on their cell phones or even worse, those who wear the blue tooth headset. Unless you care for a medically ill person, their is NO reason why you should be on the phone. If the people in your life can't give you 30 minutes to an hour in the gym (or vice versa) you got some serious issues.

4. Overweight and/or out of shape people who work at the gym, some as personal trainers. PLEASE!

5. Guys who walk around with their pink thing hanging out gawking at every woman in the joint, loser (and guys who work out in jeans or sandals, it was a tie)

#4 pertains to the staff. I would be an ***hole to sit up here and say i hate to see over weight people in the gym, THATS WHATS THEY ARE FOR, mostly. I am more repulsed at the 300 pound person I see eating unhealthy. It's like watching someone smoke, as opposed to puffing your life away, they eat their life away.


Answers:

1. When people don't bother wiping the machine when they're finished (It's just totally disgusting)

2. When people hit on you at the gym.

3. People who sit on a machine watching the T.V. when you're obviously waiting to use the machine.

4. Guys who work out in their Hollister shirts, jeans, and flip flops.

5. When people can't figure out what to do on a machine, or they're using it wrong. I just want to go over and strangle those people.
