Im trying to gain some weight, I weigh 135. Im 20, serve tables, fast metabolism, and skate board. Im active!!

Im trying to increase my protein intake right now, so looking for suggesttions on breakfast/lunch/dinner and snacks in between with high protein. I just started taking WHEY PROTEIN as well, 38G per serving. How many shakes a day, 2?? Need any help and/or suggesstions!

to gain muscle slowly you need at least 70 g from the shakes and more from natural sources such as eggs fish and chicken.

you also need to lift every day for at least an hour-2 and alternate msucles between days. also eat more meals you need extra calories to build muscle. carbs help in muscle development
