I need some Good ideas about loseing 50 Pounds..?

I need some Good ideas about loseing 50 Pounds by the Begining of school (Somtime in Aug.) And I dont have alot of money to work with so none of those 6 week stuff cause I cant afford to buy That or Jenny Greg..or anything. I try to stay on a 1500 cal. Deit and I Exersise each day for At LEAST and half an hour or more....Is that enough?

You could lower your diet to 1,200 calories a day , but no less then that. Also take a look at what your eating, 100 calories of cake is not the same as 100 of ..bananas. Make sure your getting the Daily recommended intakes of all nutrients and make sure your getting enough protien since you are trying to lose weight. Make sure you drink at least 6 8oz. glasses of water a day. It is not healthy to lose 50 lbs so fast. When losing such a large amount of weight, to prevent the loose flabby skin, you should also weight train. By weight training your building muscle and muscle helps burn calories. I'd say do a 30 min. cardio and then weights, and dont forget your stretching which is a key part of working out.
