Is this a good workout for toning?!

Is this a good workout for toning?

im 5'7 and weigh 141lbs. been running 3 miles every other day and then do 3 sets of 13 reps for each weight machine on the same days that i run. I have little fat. My diet is good with little cheating.

Sounds like a great toning method.

Toning exercises consist of doing 3-4 sets of 11-15 reps, and you fall right into that category. You will also be bulking up the legs with that running.

Just make sure you eat good and don't cheat yourself too much or you will hurt your gains.
