I need a suitable weight loss diet.?

I want to lose about 20 pounds, i would love some diet ideas and the routines. Pleeeez help me i would really appreciate ur help. Best answer gets 10!!

Well I would suggest a routine exercise program ,designed to fit your needs and daily schedule, teamed with a simply healthy diet.

For the exercise, walking an hour a day can have TREMENDOUS health benefits, including weight loss...so don't think that just because you aren't (or maybe you are, just an example) a marathon runner you can't lose weight. Anyway, aside from walking, jogging, swimming, biking, Pilates, Yoga, and even boxing are all great, fun ways to get your exercise in. Just find something that you enjoy doing and wouldn't feel like you have to push yourself just to get up to do it.

Make sure you're keeping this up regularly and don't worry if you don't see results instantly. The key to weight loss is TIME.

As for the eating healthy part. This is actually pretty simple. Try to aim for natural, organic foods as much as possible, but don't be fooled by the labels. You have to read the ingredients (don't start counting carbs or anything) and if there is anything on there that you can't pronounce, don't buy it, as that means its some dumb, unhealthy chemical.
