i have 1 glass in the morning and like 7 around luch and if you thinks thats bad i have alot at night

Well 4 cans of coke a day for a week increases your weight by a pound a week. Soo that's like 50ish pounds per year if you drink that much soft drinks.
Try substituting something better for you that you think tastes really good, or just stop drinking it.
It only takes 21 days to kill a habit (so I've heard), so try going 21 days with non-soft-drinks and you'll be good :)
