Depends where you want to lose the weight!.
Running is good, but if your like me, and are not the right 'build' from running (Or just hate it)
I usually do sit-ups and a few push ups!.
You need Cardio Vascular activities aswell as muscle toning!.
So you need to work out, (Like sit ups, cruches) but you also need to get your heart pumping!
AND of course, eat right!Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat right, excercise an hour a day, 5 to 8 small meals in 2 hour intervals, and positive attitude!Www@Answer-Health@Com
