Overweight?

i'm 5' and i weight 190, i no its bad , can any1 help me lose it? send me some links or something that would help. please i cant take it any longer!

First of all, congratulations on recognizing the fact that extra weight is not good for your health. Secondly, this will not happen overnight. You will have to make a committment to a change in your lifestyle.
Eat anything you want just eat it in moderation. And exercise. Walk, jog, swim,etc. Write down everything you eat in one day at the time you eat it. Look at what you have eaten. Start by cutting out one thing every time you ate. Say for breakfast you had 2 eggs, 3 bacon, 2 toast, coffee with cream and sugar and juice. Cut out one of the eggs the first day, then cut out an egg and a bacon the second day, then the cream and sugar with the other things, doing that for everything you eat. This will help with the cravings and hunger pangs. Watch your sugar and fat intake. Eat more veggies and drink lots of water. Buy the outfit you want to wear when you get the weight off and hang it in your room to keep you focused. You can do it! You really can!
