Question:

How longe does it normally take a 13 year old to loose about 25lbs.?

Of course with a strict diet and at lease 90min of exercise per week.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!


Answers:

you're supposed to get 30 minutes of excercise per DAY, so if you went for a walk,, everyday or a swim or played beach volleyball or something everyday you'd lose the weight faster.

but just no soda, even diet soda is a no no.
don't eat fast food, limit alllll junkfood.
avoid foods with splenda and zero calorie drinks, they actually make you gain weight.

eat alot of fish, chicken, fruits, vegetables and whole wheat breads.
