My body!????!


Question: My body!!?!?!?!?
i eat healthily and exercise regulary, i swim, go to the gym and do yoga!.

all this and i would say i am healthy but my body hasnt toned at all and i havent lost any weight!. do you think those diet tablets called ADIOS would help, or what else could i do!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In general, supplementation for fat-loss isn't very effective!. And it can get costly!. Look to your diet as the culprit!. You may be eating healthy foods, but you may still be eating an excess of calories which means you won't burn fat!. If you are all ready eating plenty of whole-wheat breads, lean proteins, veggies, fruits, and other complex carbs, then start by reducing your calories slightly!. Eat 5 small meals a day with a lean protein and complex carb spaced 3 hours apart or so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe it's cuz you don't NEED to lose any weight, but idk about the toning!. Try doing pilates and aerobics!. They're the PERFECT exercise for toning!. I weighed 013 at 14 years of age and now I weigh 90 and my muscles are becoming more toned just by doing pilates 30 minutes and aerobics for 30 minutes and on weekends i do yoga!. I don't ever add salt to anything, drink ONLY water (about a gallon a day) and only eat ice cream once a week!.Try that!. It sure helped me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
