Help with this diet please?!


Question: Help with this diet please!?
Im 17 height 5'9 , and a male!. I used to weight 270 last year im now at 162lbs!. I want to weight150 by august i got a date and i want to look good i also got extra skin!.

1!.If i urn more calories then i eat would i loose weight!?

2!.If i add 2 glases of muscle milk would it hurt my diet!?

Breakfast:Eggs and potatoes

Lunch!.Breast chicken, spinach

Dinner:fruit

I will burn at least 600 calories a day and lift weights!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

even though you are trying to loose wieght which is good!. you gotta eat something different everyday and not just that!.

and obvieosly , i think only fruit for dinner is a little!.!.!.not normal!. lol

Excersize: They say a schedule is much better for the body!. You should work out everyday at a given time, for most people morning is better so they get it out of their way, and they feel refreshed!. On top of that, you really should watch your diet, because they say that excersizing wont do anything to you if you eat icecream after!. Certain types of fat, such as ones found in icecream, are permanent!. They sit there like Blubber, and they are EXTREMELY hard, if not nearly impossible to get rid of!.


2!. You MUST eat breakfast in order to break the fast and get your metabolism going, but potatoes is a BIG no-no!. Unless you are eating them COMPLETELY raw, you should not even think about them!. Eggs are healthy though, because they provide calcium, and protein!.

lunch is good!. but dinner should be more than just fruit, and in many diets they say fruit is bad, because they have so much natural sugar, but every couple days its fine!. some things you can eat though, include [ABS!. NO CARBS: PASTA, WHITE BREAD ETC!.] things like chicken sandwich and whole wheat bread, sea food, etc!.


1!. Yes, definatley, but keep that diet going!.
2!. No way! Milk is really healthy, and a great way to keep your diet going!. Drink Low Fat or Skim: 2% can really hurt you!

1!. Burning more calories through exercise than what you eat is not a good idea!. Your body probably burns more than 2000 calories daily, without any exercise at all, so you need to eat enough to let your daily functions be carried out!. Don't go lower than 2000 or so calories!.
2!. This won't hurt your diet, just make sure it calculates into the total calories you consume!. If you add it as extra, on top of your daily allowance, it can hurt your diet!. Adding just 100 calories a day will cause you to gain 10 pounds a year!
3!. For someone of your size, this doesn't sound like enough food!. Try finding a BMR calculator to see how much you burn, and how much you need to eat to lose weight healthily!. You're going to burn much more than 600 calories, especially on this diet!.
Don't be in too much of a hurry! Take it slow, eat enough, and you'll lose weight healthily!. This is more sustainable and a lot easier to do!. Congratulations on your previous weight loss, and best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
