Dance Exercise Question?!


Question: Dance Exercise Question!?
Ok, My way of exercising is dancing and I was wondering their are 2 ways I can do it!. (I've done it both ways) I can either do a short routine(25 minutes) of intense dancing or I can do a longer routine(40 minutes) slower!. Which do you reccomend and which will make me lose more calories!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
If you want to burn more calories, go for the faster, shorter workout!.
This acts like cardio!.

If you want to tone your body more, go for the slower, longer workout!.
This acts more like pilates!.

In an ideal world, it would be best to do both!Www@Answer-Health@Com
