Should I eat after exercising an hour at night?!


Question: Should I eat after exercising an hour at night!?
I usually run on my machine for an hour, burning 600 or more calories, 4 or 5 days a week, at night around 6 or 7PM, but I only drink black tea after I run because I am only thirsty and not hungry!. I am never hungry after exercising actually!. But should I eat something though!?

Personally, I dont't think you have to eat after you finish exercising!. I do suggest, however, that you eat before exercising!. Carbs, as dangerous as people think they are, can actually help you burn more fat when you workout!. Like someone else had said, it's a good idea not to eat anything three hours prior to going to bed!. It messes up your digestion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you shoudl always keep up with 3 meals a day!. Just make sure you don't eat too close to bed time!. Give yoruself a few hours after your last meal before hitting the bed!. When you sleep, undigested food just get stored as fat because you don't need the energy when you sleep!. 3 meals a day!. If you don't eat 3 meals a day, your body will think you are starving and will store all the food you DO eat!. Just keep your 3 meals healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, if you are not hungry and your body does not need it then no!. Just keeping up your fluids is fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
