Can working out cause a hemroid? Can I still work out?!
Question:
Can working out cause a hemroid? Can I still work out?
I have never gotten a hemroid before. This is my first one and I'm trying to figure out what caused it. I don't strain when I go to the bathroom, I don't sit for a long time, I eat a lot of fiber.
I have been working out a lot lately and using weight machines that might have but stress on me. Do you think this could be a cause for my hemroid?
Will it go away on its own? And also can I still work out or will that irritate it and slow the healing process?
Answers:
Working out will definetly cause and aggravate hemorrhoids. So to get better, avoid sitting, rather lie down when watching t.v. If it hurts to move your bowels use a over the counter stool softener. Straining does aggravate hemorrhoids. Use Preparation H as directed this relieves inflammation. Soak in a warm tub with epsom salt daily. This also helps reduce inflammation. Next time working out start more slowly. Good luck. I am sure it will get better.
