Will I lose my tummy.?!


Question: Will I lose my tummy!.!?
I am 38 years old!. I have been trying to lose weight for a long time!. Each time I started exercising I would catch fever after a few days!. I used to walk briskly for 40 minutes!.

I have changed my routine!. I am not catching fever now!. What I do is walk for 20 minutes!. Then after each round I stand in one spot!. I put my arms on my waist!. Do a slow twist around my waist 20 times!. If I were to do this on a daily basis will I lose my tummy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd recommend lots of cardio to begin with, and then something fun like hula hooping to actually tone the stomach and trim the waist!.
