i actually dont want to say weight loss but tone , like getting into shape before a wedding !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you already kinda fit!?

You can make some pretty big leaps in a week, but this is gonna take quite a bit of commitment!. And please never work out only for vanity!. So continue after the wedding!.

be aware that you may fatigue yourself so much that you wont enjoy the wedding!. Often people get a little sick and very sore if they embark on a crash workout plan, I personally wouldn't recomend it but If it still seems worth it!.

I would use the next hour investigating and writing down as many abdominal, and female resistance training exercises as possible, Search for palates!.


Morning
Find a short Yoga Tai-chi routine online
Do a short run, after a great low fat protein breaky!.
ab exercises, comlete with donkey kicks and reverse leg raises, Get your whole butt area really tight!., 100 or so step ups with knee lift hold (alternate legs
then stretch!. Some pushups on your knees until it hurts a little then 2 more!.

walk after lunch!.

get into some light weight training at a gym (get a membership and keep goin) do 20+ reps and adjust your weight so you can handle three sets!.

Pulldowns, seated row, legg press, Ab Curls, back raises, and tricep pull downs!.

remember not to over work anything!. If its sore the next day respect that and generally you should allow a days rest!. Respect!.

Use a sauna, WiTH PLENTY of FLUIDS and Elecetrolytes!.

Get Heaps and heaps of Sleep!.

This isn't a great idea, but good luck, let me know how you go!. Don't over do it!. and eat very well 6 small meals a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sarrah, let's be honest here!. If you didn't have the discipline to consider this 3 months ago (you knew about the wedding then) then what makes you think you will have the discipline to get results in one week!? I'm not knocking you but this site is filled with this same type of question!.!. "I spent my whole life being fat and undisciplined but now I want to lose 20 lbs in two weeks"!. I know that's not what you are saying but the concept is the same!. Go to the gym and work out heavy with weights!. By the end of a wek you may not look much different but you will feel tighter (and probably sore)Www@Answer-Health@Com
