Question: How can you!?
sculpt your body!? I am in the process of losing 40-45 lbs hopefully within less than a year!. Im not so much concerned about how much I weigh though, I just want to look better and feel better!. My question is, how can you sculpt your body to the way you want it to look while losing weight!? Like I was a nice butt, which I definately dont have now and never have, so is it possible to change your genetics!? I saw on TV once taht you can actually sculpt the way you want your body to look but I need to know how!?!!?! Lol well thanks for any advice?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is positively no better way to sculpt your body than to perform progressive resitance training (ie lifting weights)!. Sculpting is about adding muscle!. Don't worry, there is no way you can "get big" unless you lifted extremely heavy weights (hundreds of lbs per lift), ate massive amounts of calories and took steroids!. Women don't have enough testosterone!. If you train like an animal and ate perfectly for many years you would have a body like Madonna has!.
Your genetics are gonna have the final say so!. My Italian heritage dictates that I have a thick upper torso and arms that grow like weeds!. My legs on the other hand, especially my outer thigh sweep are a strugle to get to grow!. Start with overall body movements like pushups, squats (deep knee bends) to get your body prepped for the gym!. When you get to the gym train your core (abs and lower back) and do things like weighted squats, bench press and shoulder presses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been doing pilates and it seems to sculpt your body pretty well, at least the DVD I've been using!. Maybe look into that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
