Question: Is there anyway to slim down muscle!?
HI im 21 and I love the gym and being fit!. My problem is that since i was in swimming and cheerleading for so many years of my life, it seems like my muscles have a memory now!. I have bulkier muscles than i would like on my arms and legs!. I have the typical cheerleader body!. Is there any way i can slim down my muscles!. I know its a weird question!. I eat healthy and work out 5 days a week, mostly cardio!. If anyone has any suggestions i would greatly appreciate it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd like to advise you to practise walking quickly & running in the early morning for 3 - 4 times per week each of 30 minutes, for sure the max!. time of running within the 30 minutes will be more benefical for you!.

Yes you could dehydrate the muscle but that causes cramping!. cardio is great for leaning you out, but you need to add toning lifting to tone up the musle and tighten the area up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you wanted to be unhealthy, you could malnourish yourself, but i wouldn't recommend itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Doing stretches and ballet really helps elongate the muscles!.!.!. but it could just be your build too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
