i like cucumber/tomato and fresh mozzarella salad!.drizzle with vinegar and olive oil!.sprinkle with garlic dried italian seasonings!.toss let sit 3 or 4 hrs[in fridge] and eat!.thats the way we do it in the northend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Pre-make some fruit salad and store it in the fridge, so when you have a craving for somthing, it's at your finger-tips, or some nuts (peanuts/walnuts/almonds), a whole-wheat toasted english muffin or some steamed rice!. the carbs that they produce allow you to get you filling and to be able to go back to bed without any heavy food in youWww@Answer-Health@Com
