Question: Is it healthy to jog two miles everyday!?
i have been taking 2 days off a week from jogging, but i really like it, so im wondering if its ok to job everyday!. thanks!. im stupid!. i know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok maybe try intervals if you want to jog everyday!. Like intervals 3 times a week then jog 4 times a week!. A interval is where you walk for 3 min and run for 5 and do that off and on you get the best work out for your heart becuase you calm it down and then it gets right back up!. SO i would try that!. Ive done it and ive felt healthyier and happier from doing intervals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes but its more affective if you change it up on your run like sprint then jog then run cuz you confuse your body and it works harder!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
