i know there are many questions about weight loss, but i really don't feel like going back to look at them all!.
over the next few months i'm looking to lose at least 40 pounds, if possible!. i was wondering the best way to go about losing the weight in a safe manner!? i'm really not eating much (i'm just not hungry) and i've been working out more but i can't do a lot of knee exercises because i have a bad knee!. when i do eat it's healthier and i eat very little that would be greasy and full of fat (though i do work in a pizza place)!.
any info would be great, thanks!. and i know i probably won't lose it all in a few months, but i'd like to loose a good amount of it!. any safe ways to do this without hardcore exercise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here are several suggestions that I hope will help you!.!.!.
1!. Find healthy, low calorie snack food to supplement your meals when you're really hungry!. I eat a lot of low-fat microwave popcorn (Reedenbacker's 94 % fat-free Kettle Corn, which is only 15 cal!. per cup --- the lowest I've ever found)!. I also eat frozen yogurt, which is around 100 cal per serving!. Publix has really good flavors in their house brand!.
2!. Minimize fatty, fried foods and avoid lots of bread!.
3!. Take a multivitamin and a calcium supplement daily!.
4!. I have some problems with my left knee, so I don't walk a lot or jog, but bike riding has provided an excellent way for me to get exercise and burn calories!. A mile of biking will burn an extra 25 calories and takes only 6 minutes!.
5!. Don't keep junk food in your house!.
6!. Eat a lot of vegetables, especially green ones!.

You need to cut sugar completely from your diet!. Don't add sugar to anything!. Don't eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc!. Drink only bottled water!. Eat very low or no-fat food!. Don't eat late at night!. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg!. V8) whenever you are hungry!. Eat chicken breast for protein!. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start!. Find a sport that you like and stick with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
