Essential: 12%-15%
Athletes: 16%-19%
Fit/Lean: 20%-24%
Average: 25%-28%
Overfat: 29%-32%
Obese: 33% plus
So 16%-28% body fat is fine for your age and gender!. At your current height/weight ratio I'm guessing you are at the upper end of this range unless you are very athletic/muscular!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try the following link!. It gives you a estimated BMI (Body Mass Index)!. Healthy ranges for women is 19-25%!. But for a teen im not sure!. It all depends if your an athlete!. Muscle weighs more than fat and that can play into BMI also!.
