What is a good drink besides water?!
Question: What is a good drink besides water!?
So here's the deal!. On average, I consume around 40-50oz of water a day!. I feel like I'm always thirsty!. However, I don't drink soda, rarely drink juice, and I love iced tea!. What are some beverages I can consume that aren't soda or water!? I feel like i'm getting water drunk (yes this is a real thing) but I'm always so damned thirsty! I have noticed an increase in my consumption since I've been weight training and doing cardio, but still- I want a different flavor than water (though it is tasty!) Well, so long as you're working out (and don't go over-board!), how about a sports drink, like Powerade/Gatorade, etc!? Also, I know you said you don't drink 'soda', but how about soda water ('club soda', right!? [I'm Australian!])!. You won't have to worry about carbs or sugar! I really enjoy a glass of soda water with some fresh lime!. =DWww@Answer-Health@Com
get a drink that is isotonic - ie has the same percentage of sodium chloride as the body - there is science behind this with regards to fluid/chemical osmosis and hydrating the body!. It takes some explaining but do a search in google for this and there should be something on it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can always get some crystal lights to add to your water!. right now i'm in love with the wild strawberry, but it has caffiene in it, so i try not to have more than one a day, but it sure is tasty!.

Green Tea is good for you!.!.!.Lemonade is great when it's hot outside, gatorade has a bit of sugar, but again: a great treat!. Just don't turn to energy drinks!. They'll kill you slowly!. I'm not joking either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
