the hula hoop weighs 5 pounds, i'm just curious !.And if i use it for an hour everyday , or would riding a bike be better !?

I dk nothing about using this hula hoop but I am guessing it depends on what muscles you want to target which exercize is better, riding a bike or hula hoop!! I would guess that hula hoop would work your abs and biking would work your leg muscles!. I would say instead of a hour a day with the hula hoop try 30 min with the hula hoop and 30 min on a bike!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
that is just a glorified hula hoop like from the 50s when i was a kid and everyone had a hoola hoop!.!.!.it is even the right colors!.!.!.mine was blue with a green stripe and somebody took it from our window well one day when i had left it there!.
