If I exercise on this gazelle machine for hour each day!. I drink about 5 cups of Green tea!. Eat food low in calories!. And I only eat 1000 calories a day!.
How much will I loose in a week!?

First of all, that is overdoing it!.
Second, you're fine at the weight you are!.
I don't recommend eating that little because it will slower your metabolism!.
And, you should lower your intake on Green tea!.
It depends on your body, how fast do you lose weight!.

if your onyl a 110 pounds now its gonna take a while for you to lose 10 pounds!.!.!.!. your diet doesnt sound like the healthiest,you might lose the weight quick like that but as soon as you go back to your normal diet your gonna gain all the weight back plus more!. Thry this:

How about changing your ideals!? If you only weigh 110 lbs you are not fat at any height so there is no need to diet like this!. Your body will also likely go into starvation mode preventing you from losing weight and opening you up to a wealth of health problems (the one you'ld likely worry most about is the veil of hair that will cover your entire body)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you should lose 3-4 pounds in the first week if your body isnt used to your new diet!. you should lose 10 pounds in about to weeks, but if u go back eating normally again and dont exercise, you may gain weight back on if your body isnt used to frequent weight changesWww@Answer-Health@Com
i really do not think you need to loose weight!. you are excersising correctly and you are eating right as far as i can tell!. i think that if you keep on doing things this way you will manage a healthy weight for yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com
