Question: 2 Months of Cardio and Weight lifting!?
If I do cardio running and weight lifting for 2 months during the summer, will I b able to see the results!? Will it b a big difference or!.!. no!?

depends what you want to see, but there should be a difference!. doing weights will make your muscles bigger, whatever happens, and cardio should keep your fat down!. if you do both, and eat well, you should look bigger and leaner!. but you must eat wellWww@Answer-Health@Com
Yes!.definitely you will see results!. Just make sure that you eat some proteins to restore your muscles when you weight lifting!. Also dont eat alot of fatty foods,nor drink soda or juice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
