ok, i just bought the ephredra diet pills off the internet and im going to be using them for the energy...im goin to take one everyday, and im only going to eat fruits and veggies and i will keep protein in my diet.....and only drink water, maybe some green tea...and im going to work out at the gym for 2 1/2 hours or more....will this diet make me lose 35lbs in 2 months?

You shouldn't take pills, they are dangerous! If you want to lose weight the safe and healthy way and keep it off, just excercise and watch what you eat!
