How can a really skinny guy gain some bulk?

Ive done weights for a while but havent seen any differences. I want to get some bulk on me, im really thin and tall.. suggestions?

Eat. 3000+ calories per day.

Your problem is most likely that you aren't eating enough and all the protein you consume is just used as energy. Perhaps you just aren't lifting to your max and skimping out on your exercises.

With all these calories, make sure 60% come from carbs, you have 100 or more grams of protein (drink a lot of water with any high protein diet--10-15cups), and some fat. Stay away from foods really high in saturated fat, sodium, and cholesterol.

For mass and bulk, do 3-4 sets of 6-8 reps for all of your exercises. I also recommend a protein powder mix really high in carbs and protein and with 1000 calories per shake. Have this after your workouts along with a glass of juice. Your body needs simple sugars after a hard workout.

Workout four days a week and never work the same body part over consecutive days. Your body needs the rest.
