Skipping breakfast?!
Question: Skipping breakfast!?
During the summer, I usually don't wake up until about 9:30, and by the time I'm up, showered and dressed, it's past 10!. I really don't see the point of eating breakfast at 10, so I just wait until 11 and eat lunch!. Will this significantly slow my metabolism!?

Yes it will to speed up metabolism you need to eat 5 times a day 2 snacks 3 meals,breakfast is very important,for energy and to speed up metabolism,then again unless you conquer your oversleep problem,it isn't very important to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

even if you're not that hungry in the morning you should really eat something - like a muffin or fruit or both!.!.!.
