Touching toes, an excercize...?!


Question:

Touching toes, an excercize...?

which I do about 100 repetitions of, each time I excercise.....

Should excercizes to slim down the waist, such as bending to touch my toes, be done daily, or every other day?. I was told to let the body rest in between specific excercizes, for a day. Which way would best accomplish slimming down the waistline?

Thanks Trout, walking makes sense, and I do that for about an hour each day. Your slow and easy approach is good too! I do like that! But, I also want fast results! ;~)


Answers:

ANY activity is good for you. The only time you want to alternate every other day is when lifting weights. But as far as daily exercise, its good for you. Just start off slow and progress on a weekly basis (adding a little more time or number of sets to each exercise). Eat healthy, rest properly, and dont overdo it. For any exercise to help you, they must be done consistently....therefore, do not take a break every other day.....just continue daily and increase weekly.
