Im 5' 10"and really skinny!. How many dumbbell curls should I do!?

40 push ups!.
20 (weighted - but not too heavy) squats!.
Repeat!.!.!.etc!.!.!.
Then eat!.
Bicep curls are overated, but if you do them, do more than 10 reps (more like 20 reps - splits/super set) if you want to blow up your muscles!.
Those guys who think they need to use tons of weight really don't know what they are doing - they are tools!. Nothing wrong with being skinny and fit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

3 sets of 10!. and then when that is easy, increase the weight!. But you need to exercise all of your muscles, not just the one used in curls!. Find a gym or someone who works out and ask them to help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
