Question: Get rid of a bit of weight!?
i eat a balanced diet and always have but want to lose my baby belly as had a baby!. as a single mum i dont get much time to go the gym, what i have started to do is stop eating and drinking things with lots of sugar!. as i do have a bit of a sweet tooth!. i have cut out all fizzy drinks as i used to drink loads and have cut down 3 sugars in my tea to 1 and have stopped eating chocolate!. do you think thisweill help mty get rid of a bit of weight or will it not make any difference!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes it will help alittle, best thing to do is stop alltogether eating fast foods, you will loose a lot of body fat and mabye learn how to cook, in just a year i stopped altogether eating fast foods, and coke and i lost some 20 pounds, i usually have 1 day a week that i eat whatever i want!. you get used to it and feel healthier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it will help you lose some weight, but maybe not as much as you personally want!. look online for some things you could do at home to help tone your stomach some if that's the main area you want to lose weight in!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
