Why is coffee harmful for your body?!

Question: Why is coffee harmful for your body!?
I like to drink a little bit before each workout!.!.!.is it bad!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Coffee has some goods and bads!. The good is that it provides Rubidium that helps your thyroid hormone T4 convert to the more active T3 hormone!. That is good for your metabolism!. The bad is that it is a diuretic and depletes your body of water!. You need to drink 1!.5 times the amount of the coffee you drink in water to replace the water lost from drinking the coffee!.

The caffeine in coffee greatly affects your adrenal glands and causes them to become exhausted!. This is not good!. The adrenal glands are part of the endocrine system that is a system of complex relationships and when you affect one gland in that system, you affect them all!.

When you drink coffee, it causes your adrenal glands to produce more cortisol and your body thinks it's under stress and it will act accordingly!. Drinking lots of coffee causes you to use up the precursor hormone, pregnenalone!. This is the same hormone used to make your sex hormones!. Because we have the same genetics (only 0!.1% difference) as we did 12,000 years ago before sugar was in the diet, our adrenal glands were not designed to have caffeine and lots of sugar!. So when you drink the coffee, your body prioritizes to deal with the stress first and this means no sex hormones are produced!. Does Viagra people like this!? Yes they do!.
