Question: I am lost! is it helpful to loose or gain weight!?
Hi,
I know that olive oil contains about 120 kcal/tbsp, so it is supposed to gain weight when we take like 4 or 5 tbsp per day!. however, many article on internet write that it helps weight loss and is good for diet!!!! i can't understand, is it good for weight loss or gain weight!?
3 or 4 tbsp a day are too much !? does it add weight !?Www@Answer-Health@Com
